Description

S S4 Slip Ring Photo
  • 4, 6, 8 or 10 slip rings
  • Small, light weight, rugged, lowest cost
  • Sealed against dust, but not weatherproof
  • 1.625” diameter rotor flange
Short S S4/X Slip Ring Photo
  • 4, 6, 8 or 10 slip rings
  • Short length for applications with limited space, such as the front of an engine in a vehicle. These units have thin section bearings, which are less durable than the S-Series slip ring assemblies.
  • Sealed against dust, but not weatherproof
  • 1.625” diameter rotor flange.
SR SR10M, SR20M, SR36M Slip Ring Photo
  • 4, 6, 8, 10, 20 or 36 slip rings
  • Weatherproof models require sealants and / or accessories.
  • 2” and 2.5” diameter rotor flanges.

  • 4, 6, 8 or 10 slip rings

Units also include:

  • Optical encoder for measuring average rpm, 60 pulses / revolution standard. Lower pulse counts are possible. 1 channel, no index pulse.
  • Encoder pulse location accuracy 0.5°.
  • Weatherproof models require sealants and / or accessories.
  • 2” and 2.5” diameter rotor flanges.

  • 4, 6, 8 or 10 slip rings

Units also include:

  • Precision optical encoder for measuring torsional vibration, rpm and angular position. Encoder has 2 channel quadrature output (for determining direction of rotation) and an index pulse. Encoder pulse/rev choices; 100, 256, 360 or 512.     Encoder pulse location accuracy 0.1°.
  • Weatherproof models require sealants and / or accessories
  • 2” and 2.5” diameter rotor flanges
SR/ERT ert thumb
  • 10, 20 or 36 slip rings

Units also include:

Rotation sensor, options:

  • (E) optical encoder, quadrature outputs (50, 100, 256, 360 or 512 ppr) & index pulse. Encoder pulse location accuracy 0.25°.
  • (R) resolver, which is an absolute analog position sensor.
  • (T) tachometer, optical encoder explained in (E) and instantaneous analog velocity and angular position outputs, which are easy to record.
  • Completely weatherproof models.
  • 2” and 2.5” diameter rotor flanges.
