Wheel Force Transducer
Michigan Scientific offers rental Wheel Force Transducer (WFT) systems capable of measuring all wheel forces and moments, two accelerations, wheel speed and position on a variety of cars, SUVs, trucks, ATVs, motorcycles and agricultural equipment.
Our large rental inventory allows for optimal availability and turn-around times. As with all Michigan Scientific products and services, you can expect excellent customer support to ensure smooth set-up and use of your rental equipment.
All WFT rental systems include:
- Wheel Force Transducer and amplifier
- User Interface Electronics
- Slip Ring or Telemetry
- CAN signal cable
- Ethernet data recording software
- Required cabling and fasteners
Both CAN and analog signal outputs are available on all WFT systems and Rim and Hub Adapters are available on request.


Wheel Torque Transducer

Michigan Scientific Wheel Torque Transducers measure drive and braking torque on a variety of cars, SUVs, trucks, ATVs, motorcycles and agricultural equipment. Precision transducers are useful for gathering data in brake systems, vehicle stability, and driveline development.
Clamping Battery Telemetry
The CBT-mini is a wireless, battery-powered signal transmitter for use with strain gauge signals. The CBT-mini has a compact, rugged housing designed for hostile environments. It can be strapped to a shaft with load-rated plastic zip ties, steel banding, or a hose clamp. The CBT-mini mounts to shafts with a diameter of 25 mm (1 in) or greater

Multi-Axis Load Cells

Michigan Scientific Multi-Axis Load Cells are ideal for simultaneously measuring forces in multiple axes in a variety of scenarios. Designed for easy mounting, these load cells provide accurate, reliable results in varying applications.
