Patented Technology
Michigan Scientific utilizes a patented Transducer Calibration and Test machine (TCAT) that produces highly accurate and consistent results and significantly expedites calibration time, allowing for a faster turnaround and return to our customers.
- Calibration of multi-axis load cells, Wheel Force Transducers (WFTs), and Wheel Torque Transducers (WTTs)
- Uses the TCAT to apply loads with linear actuators
- Measures load through the transducer using reaction links
- Applies and calibrates all six load components:
- Three forces (Fx, Fy, Fz)
- Three moments (Mx, My, Mz)
- Capable of applying forces and moments up to 100,000 lb
- Ensures comprehensive multi-axis transducer calibration across a wide range of load conditions

Dedicated Torque Calibration Stand
Our torque calibration system applies known torque values and measures electrical output to create accurate, traceable torque-to-voltage calibration curves.
