Description
The CT500 is a strain gauged-based transducer designed for use on instrumented crash barriers. Made of high-grade stainless steel, it has a rugged design with all electronics mounted internally. The CT500 is available as a single, 3 or 5 axis load cell. The CT500 can be used in many different barriers including frontal impact, moderate overlap, and small overlap barriers. Michigan Scientific’s crash barrier load cells can be used with any manufacture’s data recorder, allowing the user to specify their DAQ of choice.
