Description
The Michigan Scientific CT500-R is a strain gauge-based transducer designed for use on instrumented crash barriers. Made of high-grade stainless steel with a rugged design. The CT500-R is available as a single, 3 or 5 axis load cell. The CT500-R is designed to have a 150 mm radius plate mounted to, which allows it to be used as a corner load cell for the small overlap barrier. Other plates and attachments are available, including pole impact plates. Michigan Scientific’s crash barrier load cells can be used with any manufacture’s data recorder, allowing the user to specificy their DAQ of choice.
