Michigan Scientific Corporation (MSC) has a need for Scientific and Technical Communication Interns to begin working in Summer 2027.
Michigan Scientific has a need for a full time Scientific and Technical Communications intern for the summer of 2027. Applicants should be enrolled in the STC department, or a related field. Please submit a resume online and meet us at our booth at Career Fair on September 29.
Interns in this position will work alongside engineers to make improvements to technical literature, website design, and content generation. Applicants should have an interest in technical writing and utilizing technology.
Desired Skills:
- Enrolled in STC department or related field, minimum 2.5 GPA
- Strong computer skills
- Technical writing experience
- Ability to understand and communicate math and science-based topics
- Knowledge of design, especially web design
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with SEO tactics
Responsibilities may include:
- Content generation for blog posts
- Manual and process documentation (working directly with engineers and technicians)
- Produce marketing materials
- Revise and update current literature
- Web design
