This is a hands-on, entry-level position with paid, on-the-job training. We’re looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll do:
As a trainee, you’ll learn the basics of machining, including learning to use manual mills, manual lathes, and CNC machines while working side-by-side with experienced team members who will train you on the job.
At our Milford location, we manufacture custom parts and fixturing, so you’ll get to work on a large variety of parts and projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable using basic hand tools (Allen wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion and work 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
- Consistent work schedule: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (with 30 minute lunch)
